A Milestone for Female Founders, Women in Logistics and a Testament to Fulfillment Innovation at Bulu
At Bulu, we believe in breaking barriers and redefining logistics and what it means to be a 3pl, and today, we’re thrilled to share a major milestone—Stephanie Jarrett, Owner and Co-Founder of Bulu, has been named to Inc.’s 2025 Female Founders 500 List!
Each year, Inc. Magazine recognizes trailblazing women entrepreneurs who are revolutionizing their industries, and this year, Stephanie joins an elite group of innovators whose leadership collectively generated $9 billion in revenue and secured $10.6 billion in funding in 2024. Out of thousands of applicants, only 500 founders made the cut, and Stephanie’s impactful leadership in logistics set her apart.
Stephanie Jarrett, Inc. Female Founder & Leader in Logistics
Stephanie’s journey in logistics has been anything but conventional. She's served in a variety of roles as the Co-Founder - from Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Experience Officer, to now President and Owner of Bulu, Stephanie is making things possible for CPG founders and entrepreneurs. Alongside her Co-Founder Paul Jarrett, they came up with Tricky Ship, a Hybrid, Hub & Spoke Logistics system that solves inefficiencies, reduces fulfillment costs, and helps brands scale smarter. Under her leadership, Bulu expanded from serving 8 clients to over 50, with partners cutting fulfillment costs by up to 30% while speeding up their time to market.
A Visionary Leader and Female Founder Redefining Ownership
Stephanie’s impact extends beyond logistics—she is redefining leadership in an industry where women hold just 19% of leadership roles. In 2024, Stephanie led a pivotal transition for Bulu, strengthening its foundation as a female- and minority-owned business while continuing to drive innovation in fulfillment. She didn’t just take ownership; she created a workplace where 50% of the team is female, setting a new standard for diversity and inclusion in logistics. Now that's what we call Foundership.
