Process transactions related to AP, AR, Inventory & Fixed Assets
Generate invoices for Product Placement Team
Act as the primary contact between company vendors and brand partners
Assist with multi-state sales tax filing and compliance
Assist with month-end close duties and financial statement preparation, as needed
4-year degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Two + years of experience with AP, AR, inventory and fixed asset accounting is preferred
Working knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software
Detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and ability to take on new tasks as needed
